With 34 years of distinguished experience, Ajai is a proven leader in project management who has successfully led and delivered landmark developments across High-End Townships, Five-Star Hospitality Developments, Luxury Residential and Grade A Commercial Projects. His expertise lies in driving excellence through detailed planning, technical precision and value engineering. 

Leads our Wealth practice with a focus on emerging opportunities across India and Dubai in Real Estate, Redevelopment, and Hospitality. With deep experience in both fund deployment and exits, he brings a strategic, investor-driven approach to identifying high-value, high-growth assets. His leadership helps clients access curated real estate opportunities in two of the world’s most dynamic markets. 

With deep relationships across the hospitality sector, Taran plays a pivotal role in bringing leading hotel and lifestyle brands to our developments. A USC Marshall School of Business alum, her focus lies in crafting partnerships that not only enhance the guest experience but also serve as value multiplier for our assets, ensuring every project delivers lasting brand and financial resonance. 

An alum of Imperial College London, Vasundhra brings deep expertise in Public Health and Longevity science. At Nova Via, she leads the pioneering Mini Blue Zone initiative, driving policy advocacy and thought leadership to make longevity-focused, health-promoting environments a mainstream pursuit in urban developments.
